you approve your proof by 2:00 p.m. Central Time, we will
print and ship your Order the SAME DAY. The time it takes
to be delivered to you depends on the shipping mode you

Are
there discounts if I purchase a larger quantity?
The
price shown for each card is the individual cost for that
card. We offer quantity discounts when you purchase 50

you send me a proof of my Order before ordering? After
Ordering?
We are happy to send you a proof, free of charge, after you place your Order. Unfortunately, we cannot send a proof until after you complete your order. After completing your Order we will send you a proof so you may have the option to make corrections or add ons before your order is printed.

does the cost of my Cards include? The

can pay for your Order with VISA, MasterCard, American
Express or Discover credit cards. To pay by check, money

do I know it is safe to use my credit card?
Express-Invitations
accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express
safely through our secured server provided by Authorize.net.
Look for the “lock” symbol in the bottom
right corner of your screen while in the check out.
We strongly advise you against making credit card purchases
from any non-secured website. Internet experts consider
ordering through secured servers, like ours, to be a
safer method of transmitting credit card information
than the telephone.

When
is my credit card charged for my Order?
Your
Order will be charged to your credit card account when
you complete the “Check Out” section of our
site. Since every Order is customized, we charge your
credit card at the time you place your Order so we can
send you a proof, if requested, or start printing your
Order if no proof is requested. Sorry, but we cannot send
proofs without having a completed Order.

is our Guarantee?
- Pledge:
To
always offer quality, eloquent and trendy cards to
our Customers at the best prices. We will match any
competitor’s price on the same exact item and
quantity! If you are not completely satisfied with
your Order, for whatever reason, please call or email
us, and we will do our best to satisfy your request!
- Pricing:
The
prices for our Cards, matching Thank You Cards and
envelopes are presented throughout our site. There
is no additional charge for the custom printing. Envelopes
are 10 cents each and are automatically added to your
shopping cart in the same quantity as the cards ordered.
Your return address can be imprinted on the back flap
of your envelope for 25 cents each. We automatically
calculate volume discounts, sales prices and shipping
charges to your Order at your shopping cart. For Texas
Orders, state sales tax is also charged.
- Discounts:
In
addition to our normally discounted prices, we offer
additional quantity discounts above 50 Cards. Discount

- Damaged
Cards: If
your Cards are damaged during shipping, call us and
we will arrange to have them picked up. We will reprint
your Order and ship it the next business day.

What
is the quality and type of card stock used for my Cards?
All
of our cards are Acid and Lignin FREE, Avon Crest, White,
80 lb, and are 5” x 7”. This quality card
stock will maintain its beauty for years! Our http://www.Express-Invitations.com/images
are either portrait (7” high x 5” wide) or
landscape (5” high x 7” wide). Since most
of our competitors use 60 lb. stock paper, and our is
80 lb. weight, you will find our cards to be a much more
durable and higher quality stock. |

do I order envelopes with my Order?
Envelopes
are automatically added to your Order while in the shopping
cart. The same quantity of envelopes as the quantity of
cards you purchased will be added. The cost is 10 cents
each. |

What
is the quality and size of envelopes used?
All
of our matching envelopes for our 5 x 7 Cards are Avon
Crest White, 5 1/4” high and 7 ¼” wide.
Our matching Thank You Card envelopes are Avon Crest,
White, 5 ¾” wide and 4 3/8” high. |

Can
I get my return address imprinted on the envelopes?
Yes,
envelopes can be imprinted with a return address on the
back flap for .35 cents per envelope. Imprinting is done
in Black Ink only and up to three lines. This option is
available on the personalization page.

I get Blank Cards? Yes,
Blank Cards are available and cost .20 cents LESS than
the cost of the card shown on our site. This option is
available on our personalization page under the box where

What
TypeStyles and Ink Colors are available to select from?
Express-Invitations
allows you to choose from a wide variety of TypeStyles
and Ink
Colors.While we encourage you to be creative, we
suggest that you consider the TypeStyle and Ink Color
recommended by our experienced designers for best results.

Although
we provide sample wordings on all our cards and an entire
section dedicated to Wording Ideas,
you can choose to write anything you want. We do offer
suggested typestyle, ink color and fonts; however, you

Colors you prefer. |

I ship my Order to a different address from mine?
Yes,
in the check out you will be ask for the shipping address
to ship your order. It can be different from the address
used for your Order. |

Do you have African American
or other dark tone cards? Yes! Since we design and print our own cards, ANY card on our site can be changed to your special request. Simply include your request for darker tone colors in the “Additional Comments” box while you are personalizing your Card. We will send you a proof to ensure we get the color tone exactly like you want. This can usually be completed within two days. As with any request to make changes to a design, we do require a minimum order of 100 cards or more. |

Returns and Guarantee |

Can
I cancel my Order? Yes. Before your Order has been printed, we are happy to make any changes you want and even cancel your Order if you so choose. There is NO charge to make changes to your Order before it has been printed. However, once we begin processing your Order, but PRIOR to printing, and you want to cancel your Order, there will be a MINIMUM cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of your Order, or $25, whichever is GREATER. The exact amount will be determined by Express-Invitations, in its sole discretion, based on the amount of work that has already been done on your Order. If you want to REDUCE your Order after it has been placed, we will be happy to do so, However, any reduction in your order after we have begun processing your Order will be subject to the MINIMUM Cancellation Charge of 50% of the amount being cancelled, or $25, whichever is GREATER. If your Net Credit due for the reduced quantity is less than $15, you will be entitled to the credit in additional products or services, but we will NOT issue a credit to your credit card. |

if there is an error in my Cards?
If the cards we print for
you contain a printing or type error caused by our staff,
we will gladly reprint your Order at NO COST to you. We
may ask you to return the erroneous cards at our expense.
Sorry, we cannot replace cards if the error was contained
in the copy you provided, or if you approved a proof,
so please CHECK YOUR
COPY CAREFULLY before
approving your Order. In those cases, we will reprint
your Order at a discount from the original costs. Except
as provided herein, no refunds. |

I return my Order? After
you approve your proof, we will print and ship your Order
based on your instructions. After your Order has been
printed, you will not be able to cancel or return your

you ship overseas; if so, what are the costs?
Yes,
but the shipping / handling charges shown on our site
do not apply. You can complete your Order using any of
the shipping charges shown; however, we will calculate
the actual shipping / handling charges and add the difference

or UPS cannot guarantee the delivery time, as it is dependent
on many external factors. |

Invitations does not warrant against late deliveries
